Your emergency call will be answered by a live operator, not an answering machine or service. We also make sure that your emergency call doesn't compete with non-emergency calls.
Your operator will know who you are and have all your information in front of them, just let them know who you'd like them to call. We can call rescue or, if it's not that serious, a family member, friend or neighbor willing to assist you.
We are always available. Since our monitoring center is located in California we provide dedicated lines for our alarm systems to connect to our monitoring center and calls are routed accurately to our call agents.
